Dunn County Museum Committee

Meetings are usually held monthly, at the Dunn County Museum in Dunn Center.  This committee oversees acceptance of items into the collection.  Please call committee chair, Cathy Trampe, 701-548-8150, to verify a scheduled meeting will be held, as we are not always able to update this website with more recent changes.   Minutes from recent meetings will be posted below, as they are approved.  If you are interested in finding out what’s new at the museum, a list of accessions is included in the minutes.

News from the Museum Committee, Wanted Items

Wanted: Yearbooks (Annuals) from Dunn County High Schools for scanning to digital format.
Wanted: Wheelchair for Visitor Use; would prefer lightwieght, folding type. 
We sometimes have folks that would like to spend more time looking at the exhibits, but walking/standing is difficult.

We have Dodge High School Yearbooks (Annuals) in digital format, as well as on the shelf in the library,
for the years 1960-1967, 1968, 1969, 1973 and 1977. 

Newly displayed antique dresses on some mannequins.

We’ve worked on the kitchen display area to make items more easily seen.
