The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Dunn County Historical Society was held on Sunday October 26, at the Dunn County Museum in Dunn Center. 
28 members were in attendance.  
Please note this is only a very  brief summary not an official report or minutes. 
Ballot voting results are as follows:
The minutes from the 2024 DCHS Annual Meeting were approved as printed, as were the Financial Reports and the Proposed Budget. 
Sue Powers Hartman and Jim Perhus were elected to serve as Directors, each for a three-year term. 
The one year term Director position on the ballot has been referred to the ND Attorney General for a ruling on validity, per a motion made and carried at the meeting.  All ballots will be preserved.  This page will remain as posted on the day of the meeting until the time of such ruling. 
Staff from SEH Engineering gave an overview of potential uses of the north property and answered questions.  Large maps were provided & members were given the opportunity to comment on the designs after the business meeting.  Attorney Olivia Krebs gave an update on the status of the property line / alley location concerns.   
Sasha Mayer then provided an informative report on her trip to Ukraine, illustrated with photos and videos.  Thanks to Sasha for sharing her experiences!  The attendees enjoyed refreshments after her presentation.

Business will include election of two (2) Directors for three (3) year terms
and election of one (1) Director for a one (1) year term.

Following the Business Meeting,
Sasha Mayer will be giving a presentation
"Ukraine Trip Report and Conversation"
Refreshments will be served.
